Toomas Hendrik Ilves on Viron presidentti 2006-2016. Aiemmin hän on ollut Viron ulkoministeri 1996-1998 ja 1999-2002, Viron parlamentin jäsen 2002-2004 ja EU-parlamentin jäsen 2004-2006. Presidentti Ilves puhuu Tanner-luennolla alueellisesta turvallisuudesta ja Euroopan tilanteesta.
